Immunization Clinic
 The
Immunization Clinic is held at McHenry Township, 3703 North
Richmond Road, on the first Thursday of every other month except
during the summer and the beginning of the school year when the
clinic is every month.
Appointment hours are from 3:00 to 5:30 pm.
- 2008 CLINIC DATES:
- April 3, June 5, July 3, August 7, September 4, October 2,
December 4
McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH) Immunization
Clinic serves children (infant, child and teen) and is designed to
provide immunizations for individuals with Medicaid, no health
insurance or health insurance that does not cover immunizations.
- Four clients (4) will be scheduled every
- 15 minutes.

FLU SHOT Clinic (in
the Fall every year)
- McHenry Township is a site for
- MCDH Flu Shot Clinic.

- $30 charge for Flu immunizations
- $40 charge for Pneumonia shots.
- Medicare Part B coverage is accepted

- Shots are by appointment only
- and scheduling begins
October 1st.

Can't Afford To Buy
Your Medications?
- McHenry Township is a site for
 Match
by appointment only.
Rx Match is a program started by the Family Health Partnership
Clinic designed to get uninsured McHenry County residents their
medications for free through the pharmaceutical companies' Patient
Assistance Programs (PAPs).
PAPs were created by pharmaceutical companies to help people in
need. The application process for these programs can be lengthy
and confusing. RxMatch helps clients navigate through the
application process.
